I love coming across pieces that can be both formal and casual! That is immediately what I thought when I got this floral blue puff sleeve t-shirt.
The cut and material of the shirt make it easy to wear with a pair of jean shorts to a picnic. And the square neck and ruched puff sleeves elevate the top enough to wear with a midi flare skirt and espadrille wedges to a summer party.
